BP004976: Human GM-CSF R alpha Protein with the C-His Tag
Source: The recombinant Human GM-CSF R alpha Protein, (amino acids Glu23-Gly320) fused with a His tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human GM-CSF R alpha protein with the His tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 35.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human GM-CSF protein with the C-His tag at 5 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human GM-CSF R alpha protein with the C-His tag with the EC50 of 1.0 ug/ml determined by ELISA. The affinity constant of 0.79 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human GM-CSF R alpha Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.

Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human GM-CSF protein with the C-hFc tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Human GM-CSF R alpha protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 16.9 ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).
